These terms govern your participation in CodeBridge's text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Program Description
The Program sends recruiting, candidate-scheduling, account, and service-related text messages to individuals who have expressed interest in employment opportunities with us or who use our services. Messages may include links to schedule interviews and online assessments, appointment confirmations and reminders, updates on the hiring process, account and security notifications, service updates, and replies to questions you send us.
2. Opting In
By submitting your mobile number through our application, interest form, or account settings and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive recurring text messages from us at the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to opt in.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, of applying for any position, or of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and your progress through the hiring process or your use of our services.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates and fees apply. Check your plan for details.
5. Opting Out
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or submit a new opt-in.

7. Supported Carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers (such as our messaging platform) solely to operate the Program, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Mobile phone numbers and any associated identifiers are safeguarded with the same SOC 2 Type II controls and, where applicable, HIPAA safeguards applied to all personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to participate in the Program.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
